IMPORTANT: The shipping costs will depend on the weight and measurements of the box and the standard price of shipping costs may vary, especially international ones.

Cancellations are allowed as long as the product has not been shipped and the customer bears the costs of return, new shipping and handling.

By default (only for International and Canary Islands purchases) shipping costs from 60 euros are not included, therefore when an order is made outside the limits of SPAIN the customer will be sent an email with the shipping costs after of your purchase. In the case of making the payment, you will continue to be sent an email apart from the shipping costs and will go to the shipment after confirming the payment.
You can pay through Paypal, bank transfer or credit card. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Once the payment has been made and the confirmation has been obtained, the order will be sent.

If a product is defective or arrives in poor condition and has been communicated at the time of arrival to the transport company, the company LA ORDEN DE AYALA will assume the costs of the exchange and new shipment.
